We rent dumpsters to everyone! Most of our customers are DIY homeowners, local businesses, real estate agents, charity organizations and small to mid-sized Contractors; however, we have been known to work with major contractors on large industrial construction job sites in the area as well.

Counties, Cities, and Towns each have different ordinances, regulations and permit requirements concerning dumpsters placed on private property, streets or any other public right of way. You can contact your local government office and they will provide you with the regulations and costs to purchase any necessary permits if required. Xpress Dumpster Rentals is not responsible for obtaining proper permits.

When the dumpster is picked up the driver, a tarp is put over the load for containment during transport. We ask that you don’t load any material above the top rails of the dumpster that will interfere with the tarp. Try to keep the load flat and distribute the weight as evenly as possible. If for any reason the dumpster is improperly loaded and cannot be transported safely, you will have to unload the dumpster to a safe level before we can remove it. Additional charges may be assessed.

Generally speaking, you cannot put any type of hazardous materials or liquid-based items in your rented-dumpster. This includes items such as: wet paint, oil (all other liquids), asbestos, or sealed tanks/drums.

Assume a product is hazardous if the label contains ANY of the following words: pesticide, fertilizer, warning, poison, acid, danger, caustic, flammable.

Obviously, the size of dumpster you’re going to need will depend on the size and nature of your project. We offer 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 yard dumpsters. Recommendations are available on our website, or you can call and one of our friendly team members will be happy to help you determine the proper size.

It’s always a good idea to book your dumpster as far in advance as possible to ensure its availability and our ability to deliver on the day you need it. Keep in mind our busiest days are Mondays and Fridays. While we always appreciate a couple days notice, we realize timely delivery is critical to keeping your project moving on time and budget. While speed of service is based on availability, typically, we will be able to deliver the dumpster the same business day, In some instances next day delivery.

When you call us or book online, we will provide you with a competitive quote that includes delivery, pickup, rental period and disposal of debris up to the specified weight allowance for the dumpster size you choose. When ordering from Xpress Dumpster Rentals, you’ll never have to worry about hidden delivery charges, fuel surcharges and environmental fees.

We take every precaution to ensure your property is protected. Despite our precautions, however, there is always the potential of damage to your property. This damage can be caused by the weight of the containers or poor surface conditions. Xpress Dumpster Rentals is not financially liable for the damages caused by normal dumpster operation.

No, not really! Just please be sure to give any special instructions on your order form during checkout. If there are no special instructions, our driver will use his/her best judgment and experience.

If no special instructions are on the order form and relocation of the dumpster is required, a trip charge will be assessed (trip charges range from $150 - $250). Our experienced drivers always have the last say in where a dumpster is dropped based on safety and property protection. 

For removal; the customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the dumpster rental equipment on the scheduled pick up day; if the dumpster is not accessible, the customer is subject to additional pick up charges, and or a trip charge (trip charge range from $150 to $275 based on location and day of service) as per our rental terms and conditions.

YES! All of our dumpsters have a door on the rear that allows you to walk right into them and load large items. Just make sure to fully secure the doors when you are finished filling the dumpster to avoid loss of waste when the dumpster is picked up.

We rent our dumpsters out to match the needs of your project. The average rental period of a dumpster in a driveway is about three and a half days and our standard rental includes up to 7 days. If you find yourself needing more time with your rented dumpster, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that project timelines can shift, and we are flexible with extensions, subject to availability. Yes, each dumpster size has a specific weight limit that helps ensure safe transportation and complies with local regulations. Exceeding the weight limit can lead to additional charges.
