Meet Our Founder – Julie Walls

Xpress Dumpster Rentals was founded by Julie Walls, a lifelong entrepreneur with extensive experience in the construction, transportation, and service industries.

Long before launching Xpress Dumpster Rentals, Julie spent decades building and managing successful businesses serving Northern Virginia.


Walls Electrical Service (2003–2017)

Julie owned and operated Walls Electrical Service, a full-service electrical contracting company employing more than 20 team members.

The company successfully completed residential and commercial projects throughout Northern Virginia, working with respected builders and developers including Foulger Pratt and Van Metre Homes.

Managing large construction projects taught Julie the importance of reliability, communication, scheduling, and customer service — values that continue to guide Xpress Dumpster Rentals today.


Walls Handyman & Construction (2012–2017)

In addition to electrical contracting, Julie also operated Walls Handyman & Construction, providing remodeling, renovation, and repair services to homeowners throughout the region.

This firsthand construction experience allows Xpress Dumpster Rentals to truly understand the needs of contractors, remodelers, roofers, and homeowners.

We know construction because we've lived it.



W.E. Plow (2013–2023)

Julie later founded and operated W.E. Plow, a large snow and ice management company serving Northern Virginia.

With a fleet of approximately 30 trucks operating on Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) routes, W.E. Plow built a reputation for dependable service under demanding conditions.

Managing large equipment fleets, logistics, scheduling, and emergency response prepared Julie for the fast-paced demands of the dumpster rental industry.
