Prohibited and Special Items List
Prohibited Items
For safety and environmental reasons, the following items are NOT PERMITTED in our dumpsters:
- Hazardous materials
- Batteries
- Chemicals and solvents
- Medical waste
- Gasoline and motor oil
- Full or partially full containers of paint
- Animal carcasses
- Propane tanks (unless following proper disposal procedures)

Improper disposal of these items can result in fines or additional charges, so please ensure they are kept out of our dumpsters.
Items with Additional Charges
The following items are allowed in our dumpsters but carry an additional fee for proper disposal:
- Car Tires – $20.00 each
- Truck Tires – $30.00 each
- Propane Tanks – $15.00 each
- Freon Units (e.g., air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, etc.) – $30.00 each
- Computer Monitors/Televisions – $30.00 each
- Mattresses/Box Springs – $85.00 each
Specialized Dumpsters
We offer specialized dumpsters for specific types of waste. Please follow these guidelines carefully to avoid additional charges.
Dirt Only Dumpsters
- Do not fill more than half of the dumpster with dirt.
- Maximum weight limit: 10 tons (DOT guidelines).
- No mixing with other materials.
- Dirt must be level across the container.
- Wet dirt will incur additional charges due to weight and difficulty in dumping.
Concrete Only Dumpsters
- Similar rules as Dirt Only dumpsters.
- Wire mesh or re-bar may incur an extra fee.
- Ensure the load is concrete only; other materials will incur extra charges.
Metal Only Dumpsters
- No hazardous materials.
- No Gas/oil
- Please do not overfill the dumpster; the load must be level with the top.
Brush Only Dumpsters
- Only brush or unfinished wood is allowed.
- No creosote, varnished, pressure-treated, or painted wood will be accepted.
- If excluded materials are found in a brush-only dumpster, you will be charged full price plus tonnage of the excluded items.
